"Really enjoyed this and it's very easy to make. Not a brocolli fan, so replaced that with chunky-cut red peppers and some green beans. Worked perfectly. Would also use a little bit less mustard next time!"

"This was great, easy and very tasty. We didn't use chicken skins either, and found that the proscuitto was enough to stick the mascarpone mix to the chicken :)"
