Trout with almonds & red peppers

"Really liked this, despite not really thinking much of the almonds (they don't really add anything,will omit them next time). The trout needed longer than it says in the recipe here though, after 15 mins it was nowhere near done. We included some new potatoes too in the roasting tin which worked well."

"I really like this! I use fresh spinach rather than frozen, and have tried it with ricotta instead of feta (but prefer the feta). We usually put chillies and capers and onion in the sauce to add more flavour too, and last time I made it put courgette chunks in the dish (under the sauce)...lovely!"

"Really quick and easy to make, tastes gorgeous! We left out the spinach as we didn't have any the first couple of times we made it, and I always roast the cherry tomatoes whilst the potatoes cook (I don't like them raw)."

"this is the first ever recipe I tried from the magazine, its gorgeous, with or without the fish fingers. It works just as well with red pesto (but doesn't look quite so nice!)"
