"After reading some of the previous comments, I made this with 3 apples and used just 70g sugar in the batter. It was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Nice to have a change from apple crumble :)"

"This tasted lovely, the only thing I would change would be to put the blackberries on first not last, they got cooked a bit too well as they were sat on top of the pudding and dried out a little. I reduced the sugar too, 200g was plenty as the fruit is already sweet. Will definitely do again."

"I left out the olives and did broccoli instead of courgette (couldn't get) and it ended up cooking an extra 15 mins, but this was fabulous!! So easy to prepare and really lovely flavours, my 3 small children aged 2,4 and 6 ate it all :) "
