"I made this with gooseberries and strawberries and instead of elderflower I used some lemon juice and lime juice. I cut the liquid down to 200ml but it was still a bit too watery once it had cooked (was fine in the saucepan beforehand though). It was delicious!"

"I don't like fatty meat but I used belly pork as I figured I had to try these things. I wish I hadn't as I've just spent 15 minutes dissecting the meal to get rid of the fat! Now the fat is gone it's really nice. So a good meal and would have been lovely if it had used a more "meaty" cut of pork!"

"I added chorizo sausage to this and some herbs and it was truly scrumptious! YUM YUM YUM! Will definately make again - particularly when we hit the "courgette glut" from the allotment!"
