"I've made this several times. It is so quick and easy. Makes a delicious side dish. Is best with a good amount of parsley, and I add a little extra lemon to taste and of course - seasoning is a must!! "

"I made this as part of a Tapas menu. Wow, all in all it gives a delicious flavoursome punch! I used both Chorizo and peppered Salami. Will def make again! A lovely little dish."

"HAVE MADE THIS A FEW TIMES. THE ONIONS ARE VERY DELICIOUS, SO YES, I DO PLENTY. BALANCES WELL WITH THE SALMON. THE LEMON ZEST IS A MUST! I'VE ALSO TOPPED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH THE ONION RELISH - WORKS WELL! IS A FAMILY FAVORITE!"

"I FOLLOWED THE CHICKEN VERSION, CUT INTO GENEROUS STRIPS, USED DATES INSTEAD OF PRUNES AND A TINY PINCH OF CHILLI FLAKES. LOTS OF FRESH CORRIANDER AT THE END AND SERVED WITH RICE. IT IS NOW A FIRM FAMILY FAVORITE!!!"

"I HAVE MADE THIS COLESLAW THREE TIMES NOW. WHEN MY EIGHT YEAR OLD DAUGHTER SEES IT BEING DISHED UP ON HER PLATE SHE GIVES A VERY POSITIVE "YYYESS!!" IT IS TRULY DELICIOUS - IT HAS TO BE SAID! (I ONLY USE RED CABBAGE, NOT THE MIXTURE OF WHITE AND RED.)"
