"As soon as I did saw this recipe I had to try it! They were wonderful and so easy - I also had more mixture then for 12 but I have now bought deep muffin tins just for this recipe. I plan to make for all my colleagues at work (well it will be christmas)_ "

"So So Easy and tastes so Fabulous. All the family really enjoyed this and wanted to know when it would be served again. Like most people I did not do the garlic cream - no harm done! I added a small amount of left over mashed potato/veg from the sunday roast at the same time as the chicken. Will be a regular on my menu. Wonderful for using up roast chicken left overs."

"Made this as a starter on Christmas Day - easy to prepare in advance. I have to say the flavours were wonderful - I thought it would not taste of much just smoked salmon. The horseradish was great - did add a little bit more then recipe. This is on my list of dinnerparty starters due to ease."

"Saw this as recipe of the week in Good Food Magazine, and decided to make to take to a friends dinnerparty this Easter. Despite the cheesecake being very deep and substantial most of it went - and the remainder taken home with various people. Very successful! Next time I would double the digestive base as the cheesecake was very big and could easily take a deeper base. It was also lighter than I expected. Will make again. "
