"I love this recipe, so easy and tasty. I think the key is to use good quality ingredients then you get the flavour. I tend to put the olives on before cooking Also tried this recipe with goats cheese and it is fab!"

"This recipe is delicious, easy to make and it great as leftovers the next day. I used double the recipe but still only used 1 tbsp sugar to 1/3 cup of white wine vinegar and it worked a treat."
