"This was just superb! We added chilli, split the parmesan amount with gruyere. Simply divine...our only problem was we didn't bake enough bread! Will definitely be doing this again with the rest of our Pumpkin crop! "

"I follwed the recipe the first time I made it, but now only use 2 onions if making for two as I found 4 too many. This is by far the easiest, quickest and best tasting Onion soup I have ever had. "

"I made this soup following the recipe to the t. The consistency was good, but I think it lacked flavour. I was so disappointed and threw it away. Will not be making again."

"Just cooked this dish and whilst it was easy, it was also sickly! Very bland and very greasy. Will not be cooking this again. So disappointed as it looks great and I love Squash!"
