"I live in Paris and Friday is the day for my local market. On my favourite fish stall I saw a special offer - 5 good-sized mackerel for 3 Euros; I bought them. Then I wondered about how I should cook them and I stumbled on this recipe by chance (and thanks to Mr Google). I followed the recipe and served it with a glass of chilled Reisling from Alsace. It turned out looking like the photo - how often does that happen?In my opinion, it was a delight and I shall definitely be cooking it again and again ....."
