"Unlike some of the some mavericks above, I stuck to the recipe and it is absolutely delicious. Even the trickle of lemon juice at the end makes a difference. I've made a few parsnips soups in my time but nothing so simple and fresh tasting. Healthy too!"

"This is so quick and easy. I used good salted welsh butter instead of marg which makes it more luxurious. Also I added couple of ounces of dessicated coconut to recent attempt - good texture. Thanks for the recipe. "
