"Was very quick and easy to make. 30 minutes would have been too long though. Mine was ready after about 22 minutes. I must admit I didn't do the jam thing. Could have done with little bit more buttercream. Tastes very nice. I put walnuts on the top of the cake."

"PLEASE could someone provide a recipe for chocolate buttercream filling and topping for this cake (or another suitable chocolate filling and topping). I can't find the recipe listed here for the filling for this cake - only the lemon curd one!! Many thanks."

"I made this for work several times and they loved it. Is also nice with fresh cream. Also nice just as a cake without the marshmallows on top if someone doesn't like marshmallows. It is so easy to make too."

"My mother makes this for us regularly when we all manage to get back for a family dinner. We can't get enough of it. It's delicious and must be simple for my mother to make it!!!!"

"This is the best chocolate cake ever!!!!! I have made and iced two in the last week and everyone at work thought they were fantastic. The cracks on top of the cake "calmed down" once the cake had cooled. This recipe is so quick and easy - it has to be for me to have done it!!! I'm going to make one of these whenever I need to take something to a celebration party!"
