"Yummy! Added cumin and substituted mint for fresh parsley in the mince mix and used a tin of plum tomatoes, fennel seeds and fresh chilli in the sauce. Didn't have any harissa but it tasted great regardless. "

"I absolutely adore these. As I am a sucker for shortbread pastry I use this instead of puff. It turns out great. Needs a little longer in the oven, and can break up a little when getting them out of the tray (I use a regular muffin tray) but I think the trick is to not roll the pastry out too thin and grease the tray well. "

"Can someone confirm if the cream used for this recipe is single cream only? I only ask because there are two different measurements in the recipe list for cream. If it was just one type of cream then surely only one measurement should be listed right? Can anyone clarify? Thanks."
