"Cooked this to impress the boyfriend; then had to cook it the next week because I liked it so much. Also found they are very good for taking for lunch, although a tiny bit messy they were delicious cold. I used slightly more of everything except the oil in the sauce and found the quantity good. I also tried to get some of it under the chicken skin to lock in the flavour."
