"Easy & tasty & feels virtuous - I make this up for a packed lunch with chilli oil instead of the sesame oil and sweet chilli sauce in place of the chilli jam.Served with a big wedge of lime.Don't see the need for milk in the omlette though. Always attracts 'Oooohs and Ahhhs' from my co-workers."

"Not entirely sure what's 'Indonesian' about it...but all the same it's a really tasty,simple & quick midweek supper with punchy flavours. Great use for leftover rice."

"Really easy,quick and tasty - a keeper! I spiked the mix with some chopped chilli,parsley and some Ras El Hanout for a Morrocan slant and we had them with home made pitta and salad. Variations are endless,great recipe."

"Another thumbs up here. Jaw droppingly easy to make and a lovely result ,with a contrast of juicy,moist & crunchy textures.I also found that it took at least 80 mins to bake though. On the second outing i varied the berries with equally delicious results. I make this for work - it doesn't last half an hour and they all think i'm a domestic godess ;)"
