"This salad is delicious. The harissa gives it a nice, slightly spicy sensation, and the taste is great. Satisfying indeed! I was cooking for someone who didn't eat dairy, so replaced the yoghurt with a tablespoon or two of olive oil (i.e. oil, lemon and garlic dressing), which worked well. On its own serves 3, I'd say."

"I did try it and very nice it was too. I used Greek Yoghurt instead of double cream, and added some fresh sage. 4 out of 5 because the recipe could have used more in the way of herbs, and the instructions referred to another recipe without providing a link, but I'll definitely make it again."

"If like me you printed this out and read the first instruction (...follow steps 1 and 2 of the first quiche recipe, left...), you may be left feeling slightly bemused! Here'e the link: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/6291/sticky-onion-and-cheddar-quiche I'll hopefully be trying this in a few days time. "

"I was looking for an Aubergine curry to go with a lentil dhal and this is it! Fantastic recipe. I cut the aubergines a bit smaller than suggested and didn't scoop them out (and omitted the tumeric). And of course, between the frying stage and cooking in coconut milk stage, I had to sample one or three chunks. Yum! Great the next day too."
