"Yummy. I just made these with spelt wholemeal and spelt white flour. I didn't have muffin tins so I used a 12 queen cake tin, put enough grease proof paper in to each to be able to overflow a little. So they look, let's say, rustic, but they are gorgeous. Took about half an hour to cook though for some reason. Will definitely make again. "
