    "Fab recipe! I had never made a chilli before and found this really easy and delicious. I was recently in a very well known expensive exclusive restaurant and ordered the chilli to see how it compared and it was not a patch on this recipe and ten times the price just for one portion! Have served this with jacket pototoes and it was brilliant, have also served it with grilled nachos and grated cheese and it was delicious. "

    "Amazing! Made this for easter sunday and decorated it with milk flake and mini eggs. I used a mix of good quality milk chocolate and dark chocolate and left out the coffee granules because I cant stand coffee! (i know the idea is you shouldn't actually be able to taste it). Went down very well with the family on easter day, then very well with a group of hungry teenagers in the snow the next day and a few days after that we were still eating it up warmed in the microwave - delicious! "

    Milk chocolate mousse with honeycomb

    "Mouse was lovely, however I had two attempts at the honeycomb and burnt it both times - recipe doesn't say how much you should let the mixture foam up before you pour it out, I did it as quickly as I could but it was still burnt black and in the end had to throw one of my best non-stick pans (that put up with everything!) away as it ad made so much mess!"

    "This was delicous! I bought the mangos reduced for quick sale and used a container of fresh ready prepared pineapple as I can't stand the mess chopping up a whole pineapple makes. Even though I sieved the sorbet it was still very pulpy but none the less fabulous."

    "Made this with a four year old and a 36 year old and they both enjoyed it but did get a little messy! I used a different type of brown sugar that worked really well and instead of marzipan used royal icing which I coloured with food colouring. Decorated the cakes with hearts as it was near Valentines day."
