"Absolutely delicious - I followed all the advice on here - namely, added just 1 tbsp of lemon juice, a good glug of worcester sauce to the mince and a touch more curry powder - it was absolutely lovely. Will definitely make again."

"Absolutely gorgeous - went down a storm. It's not a firm cheesecake as there's no setting agent but it wasn't any worse for that. Definitely not enough biscuit mixture to do the sides and I can imagine that being tricky as it's quite a dry mix, was lovely using the shortbread though. Highly recommended!"
