"This was the first turkey recipe I'd tried for a group of 5 of us. It was simply perfect - moist, delicious meat, fabulous lemony gravy. Absolutely wonderful - I will always use this method..."

"Absolutely gorgeous - went down a storm. It's not a firm cheesecake as there's no setting agent but it wasn't any worse for that. Definitely not enough biscuit mixture to do the sides and I can imagine that being tricky as it's quite a dry mix, was lovely using the shortbread though. Highly recommended!"

"Really lovely - definitely needed more thyme and a good few twists of black pepper. It was quite dry too, so I made a simple tomato sauce to go with it, which really enhanced it..."
