"Fab recipe, I use this all the time and make loads of different versions including adding colours or flavourings to the sponge. I also have made this with fresh cream and strawberries which was lush. I agree with the comments about the eggs and I use either 3 large or 4 small eggs. I have also made this using my food processor and the result was just as great!"

"You have to try these! so easy and perfect for a lazy Sunday morning! I use this recipe all the time and have made loads of different versions of it by swapping the apricots for cranberries or choc chips, also we often use syrup or honey instead of the honey butter. Great recipe!"

"This is really easy to prepare and can be pretty much left alone once it is in the oven. Steak was really tender but next time I would use more seasoning. Would definately make this again!"

"I make this curry all the time, it is so easy! I use a large wok to cook it in and once all the ingredients are in you just let it simmer! Everytime I have family over for dinner they always ask me to make this for them!"

"I made this cake twice last Xmas. The first time was for the office and it went down so well I used the recipe again for my Xmas cake at home. Will be using it agin this year as it was really moist and not at all dry like you would normally expect from fruit cake."
