"What a fantastic recipe. OH loved it and considering he doesnt eat tomatoes it must have been good. I served it with crushed roasted new potatoes seasoned with rosemary and some simple greens (asparargue and mangetout). Even the fussy one in the house ate it and enjoyed it begrudgingly. By the way, i halved the recipe except for the garlic."
