"This was so delicious! We couldn't find raclette so used gruyere instead but only used 200g as that is all we had. Leave it to rest for 10-15 mins as it's VERY hot!"

"This is so quick and easy to make. A perfect midweek meal thats tastes delicious and more filling than you think it'll be. I sometimes replace the rocket with watercress and add an extra bit of butter and creme fraiche - yum!"
