    Blitz-and-bake beetroot & chocolate cake

    Tested

"this ROCKS! Cooked it in square flat tin so it came out like a brownie. My husband, who HATES beetroot and wont even open the fridge if there is any in it, ate it and loved it. His face was a picture when I told him what was in it. Served with chocolate custard for a wonderful pud."

"lovely. So easy and delicious . Served it with a poached egg in to make it a bit more filling. I used baby leaf spinach as I dont like courgettes. So nice the kids have already asked that I make it again"

    Roast, curried celeriac chunks

    Tested

"I had the misfortune of making this recipe last night. It was absolutely minging. I love celeriac normally. Its why I chose to make this. It was without doubt one of the worst things I have ever made. Never again. Celeriac and curry is such a baaaaaaaaad combination. The taste is just wrong. "
