"Made this tonight for the family. I made 750mls worth of sauce, which seemed about right to keep it nice and moist. Also added some garlic to the mushrooms. Well recieved by all. Next time i will probably use more cheese as hte flavour was slightly subtle for my taste. "

"Finished product was pronounced "best fishcakes ever". Unfortunately the amount of time/effort/washing up that went into them was rather a lot! The recipe seemed to make 6 HUGE fishcakes, so i have frozen three. "

"Everyone thought this was great. I topped it with sliced tomato and baked it for 20mins rather than grilling, as our grill doesn't work! End product was brilliant. I'd advise using really strong cheese. "
