Spiced pepper pilafs

"This was excellent and really tasty. It took nearly 45 minutes to cook and I made some changes. I used tomato sauce instead of purée, tinned lentils, risotto rice and I added some mushrooms. I also drizzled the peppers with olive oil before baking. Will definitely be making this again."

"Best batter ever. I'm going to use the same batter for prawns. Have to confess that I cheated with the sauce and used a bottle of Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce."

Cherries in rosé wine & vanilla syrup

"I've had a bumper crop of cherries this year and have been trying all the cherry recipes I can find. This is delicious and a low calorie option to finish a dinner party. And it's even better the following day."
