"Lovely recipe, I used boned chicken thighs and ended up cooking it in the oven for 1 hr 30 so the meat was very tender. I haven't made dumplings before so I was suprised about how wet the mixture was, especially after adding the egg but i think they turned out ok. "

"Followed the recipe to the letter but I found it tasted a bit bland, and not very exciting. Would put more tomato paste in next time and maybe some different herbs during the simmering stage."

"A really simple and yummy recipe. I swapped the beans for sliced baby courgettes and added some chilli powder to give it a bit more kick."
