Spinach & ricotta gnocchi

"I love these tasty little morsels. However, they work even better with some chopped fresh cherry tomatoes lightly sauteed so they still retain their shape."

"Made this - as far as I can remember minus the lemon, and with fines herbes rather than basil - and it was absolutely delicious! So good its on the menu tonight as well!"

"This wasn't for us, too sweet and orangey unfortunately. My family grumbling about what I cook is pretty much unheard of but this got a unanimous thumbs down. Even I wasn't keen, though on the plus side it was certainly quick and fuss free to prepare :-("

Baked feta & tomato with herb salad

"This is delicious! I used the beefsteak Jack Hawkins tomatoes, a drizzle of balsamic and some chopped black olives. Absolutely beautiful served with oven crisped wholemeal pitta strips. Will definitely making this quite a lot! Will make a lovely informal first course or light lunch or supper. I baked for longer than half an hour and cut the cheese quite thinly. Gorgeous!"

"I made this and although it tastes delicious, Pataks Korma Paste clearly states on the jar in capital letters that it should not be eaten uncooked (I didn't read this initially and relied on the recipe). It made me very ill indeed. Perhaps cook the paste first to be on the safe side."
