"Made this last night, very pleased with the results, very moreish. I didn't use cococut as I'm not a fan, and only had groundnut oil so used a scant 2tbsp of that. I used cranberries and blueberries. I think for my taste, next time I'll use less sesame seeds but other than that it is delicious stuff and after eating a very small portion for breakfast, it is now 4pm and I'm just starting to get the tiniest hunger pangs. Would make a lovely pudding with layers of good vanilla icecream and crushed ripe strawberries! "

"Made these years ago when they were in the magazine.... they are wonderful! If you're having a little soiree with friends over, they are just marvellous. Very easy and very moreish. Really pleased they're now on the website!"

"Basically, you need just half the ingredients for 1 8" square tin, cook for 20-25 minutes and you'll have the desired effect! I've made them twice already and they are the most delish brownies ever, nuke them for a few seconds and the gooey bit goes mousselike! Try them with blueberry sauce and a dollop of cream for a lovely pud."

Wedding cake - rich dark chocolate cake

"Made this chocolate cake for my daughters birthday cake (big 13th Birthday party) and it was superb. Would not hesitate to make it again. Deliciously rich and moist without being cloying. You could easily get 70-80 portions out of it, unless you like huge slabs!"

Cheesy garlic bread wedges
6 comments
"This garlic bread is lovely, the dried chillies give it a fabulous kick and the jarlsberg is a tangy change from the usual mozzarella. This is always a crowd pleaser and I've made it many times over the past 3 years or so since it was published in the magazine. Also ideal to cook one half and freeze the other if there are just a couple of people devouring it. "
