"I LOVED THIS! It was so easy. I've done far more complex curries that haven't been as tasty. I forgot the chilli powder so added it at the end. I also added some garam masala. I used some overripe cherry toms that needed using and some horrible supermarket flavourless ones. I cooked it the day before I was serving so that the lamb could take the flavours on. Reheated and then added the spinach. Would definitely do again, although not a cheap dish due to the extortionate price of lamb neck fillet. Served with rice and nan."

"I thought this dish was lovely. I also added baby sweetcorn. I did half the recipe and it turned out well. The only thing I would change is not to use ready noodles. I found that they just break up in the pan when you try and seperate them. I'll use dried next time, they only take 4 minutes. Didn't affect the taste of course, just the look. I'll be having this again."

"I've made this 5 times now. The first time I too was left with sliced garlic, but now add at the same time as ginger. I also buy frozen prawns as these have already been de-veined and I find doing this a faff. I also find it's better if the noodles are added to the main dish and swirled around so they pick up all the flavour. An excellent dish, will continue with this one. I also find that by adding a few extra noodles, this easily feeds 3."

"Did these for friends. They went down very well. We used the marscapone that was left over from doing chicken cacciatore. Didn't have any double cream and don't think it needed it. Would do these again, so easy to do, just assembled them at the last minute."
