"Lovely cake! So light and moist! I used 150ml of sunflower oil and used chopped pecan nuts as I don't like raisins. Tasted even better the next day. I made it without the icing and it was still delicious :)"

"This cake is so yummy! I made it yesterday and when I woke up this morning it was almost finished! I didn't use fresh raspberries, instead I dotted blobs of raspberry jam and it tasted delicious! I also used almond extract instead of vanilla extract. I think next time I'll double the recipe as it finished so quickly!"

"I've just made these and they are so nice!! I agree with amber, you definitely need to put more jam in as the biscuits spread (alot!). I'm rubbish at baking but even I could make these easily!"
