"There is an error in line 2 It should read Squeeze sausagemeat from sausages into large bowl then add all other ingredients except cranberries and streaky bacon. Season generously, then mix well by hand. Weigh out 450g of stuffing and mix a handful of cranberries into it. Use to stuff the neck of the turkey. The recipe then continues as above!"
