"Everyone who has tried this cheesecake has loved it. I made one to take to work this week and all of my colleagues have asked for the recipe. I use less butter in the biscuit base, add vanilla to the cheesecake and don't bother with the topping. I sometimes just put fresh friut on the top. Doesn't seem quite as naughty if you have fruit with it! Very easy to make but tastes like you spent ages making it."

"Everyone loved this dish and it was quick and easy to prepare. I roasted loads more tomatoes around the chicken. I mashed some of them into the pan juices and it made a lovely sauce to dip crusty bread in. "

"My cakes were also soggy even after cooking the sponge for a longer time. I didn't have enough muffin tins so I used muffin cases instead. Big mistake, when I put the topping on some of the paper cases collapsed. As in the previous comment they tasted ok but looked messy."
