"Rosekc -I think the most common ginger wine is Stone's Ginger Wine-it's alcoholic but you can get others that are not. Should be in the liqueur sections of most supermarkets at this time of year. I'm going to make a bucket of this for my Christmas party on Saturday!"

"One of the best cheesecakes I've ever made (and I've made a lot!!). Was a bit hit at our Christmas party and going to make it again for a family get together at Easter. If you like this taste try making the Malt Chocolate Ice-cream on this site-it's delicious!"
