    "Lovely roulade but only gave 4 stars due to the icing, which I also agree has too much butter to sugar. Think I'd prefer a normal butter icing with cocoa powder next time (less calories too!). Smoothed melted milk chocolate over the finished roulade too, which went down well. Lovely light sponge."

    Potato, spring onion, dill & cheese frittata

    "Used normal potatoes which I sliced and cooked in chicken stock for added flavour until soft . Cooked a leek and some mushrooms in a bit of butter and added these to the cooked potato. Added loads more cheese (about 100g) to 5 whisked eggs and lots of seasoning. Also added a chopped up cooked chicken breast for the meat eaters! Delicious."

    "This was lovely. I added a sliced chicken breast and twice as much of the spices and halved the broccoli...will try cauliflower next time. Used cream and sour cream because I forgot to buy the coconut cream but it tasted good. Will definitely make again. Maybe we're greedy but this fed 3 people (4 at a push) so rice or naan definitely needed."

    "This was a great pie. Made with shortcrust pastry (200g flour, 100g butter, 1 egg, 2 tbsp water blitzed in processor), reduced bacon by half, 1 tbsp mustard and omitted eggs."
