    "I made this last weekend and it was absolutely delicious, I did like the previous reviewer and used half fat creme fraiche to lower the fat content. I made it as individual pies rather than one large one, and froze two of them for another time. Will definitely make this again as the flavours were lovely."

    "This was my second attempt at making shortbread as I first tried a few years ago, but they come out like doorstops (a tad too long in the oven I guess) so I've never attempted them again. I didn't quite follow the recipe as I omitted the rosemary and walnuts and used thyme instead, as I wanted them to go with a lemon posset I had made. They were incredibly easy to make and went down a storm with the lemon posset. Will definitely make again."

    "Great recipe, but with winter approaching and the prospect of hopefully squeezing into my xmas dress with all my lady bumps where they should be and being able to breath at the same time, I'm trying to stay away from carbs at the moment. Do you have any alternatives to using bread? I don't think Ryvita works well in a toaster?"

    French-style chicken with peas & bacon

    "I made this for dinner yesterday and it was incredibly easy to make, the chicken was moist and delicious and the whole dish was very flavoursome. My OH thought the sauce would be thick and creamy which wasn't the case, but it will definitely be added to our recipe binder."
