"I made this for a Christmas buffet. It was very straight forward to prepare and it was very popular. I would definitely make it again. As well as celery sticks I put out carrot sticks and pieces of red and orange peppers, which seemed to go well with it."

"I made this tonight for my tea. I am veggie, I halved the recipe and ate nearly all of it, but as a main course. I missed out the parmesan though, as I didn't have any. I will make this again and hope to include the cheese. It was tasty and yet very straightforward to make."

"I made this with plums and it was an excellent cake, which everyone loved and ate up very quickly, although it did crumble up a bit when I cut it. I think I will leave it in the oven a bit longer next time. "

"I used a lot less vinegar than stated and cooked it for longer. It is still not as thick as I would like but it tastes good. I would make it again but would put even less vinegar in."
