    "Very tasty and easy to make. I added fewer prunes, as not all of us like them. I also used Madeira wine rather than Brandy (didn't have brandy) so left out the sugar. Using rabbit makes a nice change from chicken. Will make this again and highly recommend this recipe."

    "Cooked this tonight. Hadn't used polenta before and we loved the crispy coating. In fact, my daughter raved about the fish. I agree with the last review that this would be great with a green vegetable and sweet chilli sauce instead or as well as the sauce in the recipe. Quick and easy - really good midweek meal. Will definitely cook again."

    "This was a huge success at a dinner party on Saturday night. We used the rhubarb from our veg patch and added 4 eggs, not 3. I bought some Longley Farm creme fraiche with added ginger and lemon to go with it. It was fantastic with the warm tart. I would definitely make this again."

    "My daughter made this as pudding for a family Christmas Eve lunch. Brilliant. It looked great; so festive and tasted just as good. However, as a beginner my 12 year old didn't allow sufficient time for the butter and chocolate to cool before adding other ingredients and consequently ended up with icing resembling separated fudge! We used it as a learning experience, although I thought I'd mention it as something for other younger readers to watch out for."
