"I often serve this with a drier lamb curry but I recommend the onions, mustard seeds and curry leaves - they add so much more texture and flavour especially if you can get fresh curry leaves - delicious!"

"We've been making this for over 2 years for barbecues and is delicious. Romano peppers are slightly thinner and give a sweeter flavour but you can't go wrong with this recipe."
