"I made this to use up some sweet potatoes I had. Agree, it was a little thick, but I just added some extra stock after I had put through the blender. Perfect. I also made sure I was restrained with the chilli - nicely spicy without blowing your head off."

Butterbean & rosemary soup

"Didn't fair well with this one - it didn't turn out well I'm afraid. Both the texture and taste were not to our liking. Perhaps it needed a little more seasoning and a bit more thorough blending...."

Rosemary & balsamic chicken with roast onions

"The other half picked this recipe and made it for Sunday lunch the other week. He added some garlic in with the rosemary for a bit of extra flavour, and I made a lovely gravy in the tray which was just heavenly."

"This is really very lovely and has a great texture when it's been through the blender. The boyfriend loves it too so it gets extra marks! I used a good chunk of garlic and made sure the veg really sweated down before adding the tomatoes to make sure the flavour was really strong."

"We loved this! I would use a little less fennel next time around and perhaps a little more sage instead. The potatoes were absolutely lovely and I am now switching to ground nut oil for all my roasties from now on."
