"This was so easy to make with the children just before Christmas. Fortunately there were bits to nibble when it was finished. Waitrose were selling a ginger bread house and it cost £40 - the house that I made with my boys was priceless as we had such fun making it. I will definitely use the recipe to make normal biscuit shapes all year round!"
