"This was fabulous! Although 4 courgettes is far too many for 2 people. The lemon in this makes ALL the difference and I used some tiny piccolo cherry tomatoes which added a beautiful sweetness. This dish was ready in about 7 minutes flat! BRILLIANT!!"

"These are FANTASTIC!!! last time i made them I made more dough than i needed and put the rest in the freezer in a rollingpin shaped lump. Then, the next time I needed some biscuits I took it out of the freezer and cut it into biscuits (already round) and shoved on a tray and put in the over - AMAZING biscuits in about 12 mins flat!!! it was great!! Everyone LOVED the lemon ones (although I did mine without the icing)"

"Good recipe, would definately cook again, although as previously stated by others the lentils need cookingfor longer and you also need to add more liquid - a good excuse to use more red wine!! Also, next time I make it I will skin the peppers as the skins were a little tough...but otherwise a great,easy recipe my husband enjoyed it and one I will use again! "
