"Nope sorry...not a clue although the calories and the fat together make it still a treat...but I really added it for those people who can't eat sugar (diabetics) ......glad you liked it though...it doesn't rise as well as a conventional cake....but then it won't cause you're not using sugar. "

"This was fabulous! Although 4 courgettes is far too many for 2 people. The lemon in this makes ALL the difference and I used some tiny piccolo cherry tomatoes which added a beautiful sweetness. This dish was ready in about 7 minutes flat! BRILLIANT!!"

"These are FANTASTIC!!! last time i made them I made more dough than i needed and put the rest in the freezer in a rollingpin shaped lump. Then, the next time I needed some biscuits I took it out of the freezer and cut it into biscuits (already round) and shoved on a tray and put in the over - AMAZING biscuits in about 12 mins flat!!! it was great!! Everyone LOVED the lemon ones (although I did mine without the icing)"
