- My last supper would be... Handfuls of Scampi-flavoured Nik Naks followed by a guilt-free KFC Zinger and curly chips washed down with a full-fat Coke and followed by an iced mango kulfi. Yum.
- My fool proof recipe is... 1. Pick up phone. 2. Dial local Chinese takeaway. 3. Wait...
- My favourite utensil is... My blender. It's been used on everything from baby food to chicken livers!
- If I am not cooking I'm... Challenging my husband to another round of Wii Fit.
- The best meal I've eaten was... A perfectly cooked steak-frites on the beach in Brittany, watching the sunset.

"Be warned if you're cooking this for anyone but your nearest and dearest - my first effort was very sloppy ... basically lentil mush topped with potato mush! After a few school dinner-esque disasters I think I've got it now. Dried lentils not tinned, red onions, a variation of vegetables (courgette works well) and a good pinch of smoked paprika (thanks mrsmoo) seems to give the best result. "

"So quick and easy! I chopped up a chorizo sausage, used up a jar of peppers and we were having supper outside in no time. Goes great with a glass of Roija as well...."

"Mmmm. The ultimate cholesterol-busting TV snack. I did the slivers of garlic and white wine thing as well - thanks Semajeo. And of course you have the added benefit of the rest of the bottle to finish off...."

"Ok I confess I made this with tofu and not prawns - but this wasn't one of my better dishes. My sauce all stuck together with the noodles, leaving a clump of spicy, salty peanut-butter goo at the bottom.... "

"My veggie friends loved this - and it was great for using up a left over Jersey Royal potato salad. In fact it's a perfect lazy weekend supper using back-of-the-fridge ingredients ... as long as you've got sage growing in the garden! "
