"I doubled the marinade to make the whole thing a bit juicier and it worked well, I'll probably try another veg as well next time, something to give it a bit of crunch. Very nice flavour."

"Very nice, the prosciutto kept the pork nice and juicy. Probably only 1 or maybe 2 tbsp of creme fraiche is needed, I used 3 and it made the veg a bit watery."

"I also tried it with noodles but with 2 tsp of five spice and enjoyed it. Cooking for 8 minutes is probably the maximum time needed, the pork was a bit overcooked so I'd do it for a slightly shorter time."
