"Absolutely delicious! Made in 10 mins flat, so easy, all dinner guests thought I'd spent ages making it and ALL said they were going to make it too. Am definitely going to make this one again and again!"

"I made this and added smoked salmon off cuts and prawns to make it more of an evening meal and my husband loved it. Will definitely be making it again. Agree with using some of the fish water for the stock. "

"I used good quality dark chocolate instead of milk and it was delicious. However, I think I over whipped the cream and it was too thick - but tasted yummy. Will definitely make again."

"Really easy and enjoyable, wish I had read these before making it and only used half a lemon as a whole one was too much. Also I think next time I would only use 1tbsp of horseradish and it was very strong. But on the whole really lovely and will definitely make again. Served with garlic bread."
