"I have been using this recipe for ages now & it never fails. It is so quick & the results are always fantastic. I've taken to making enough for 2 batches as my sons hoover them up as soon as they are cooled down."

"I decided at the last minute to give this a go. I didn't have Five Spice or Chicken stock so substituted a pork seasoning with sage, onion & apple & beef stock. Reasonably quick & very easy to make. The pork was very tasty & everyone loved it; the children weren't too keen on the apples though. I did think they could have been a bit softer but all in all a hit. Will make this again but as the recipe states next time."

"What a fantastic curry & so quick & easy to prepare. Due to time constraints I made this the day before I needed it & the flavor was amazing. The meat was meltingly tender & the smell as it cooked had everyone flocking to the kitchen. I had to use coconut milk as I couldn't get coconut cream but as I will certainly be making this again (very soon, if my husband has a say in it) I will try to find cream. Quite simply, this is an amazingly good curry!"

"I have made these twice now, both the chocolate & cream piped ones & the citrus swirl & it has got to be the easiest meringue recipe ever. I've always had problems with my meringues in the past but these appear to turn out perfectly every time. "

"This is so easy to make & the results were "awesome" according to both my children. The sponge was light & fluffy and there was just enough syrup. Went really well with vanilla ice cream. A great store cupboard dessert."
