"Found this muffin recipe really dry and heavy...didn't keep well. Tried the recipe again adding more cream but still not great. Wouldn't use again however the topping was lovely and highly recomended - have used over and over again on various other cakes."

"Good simple recipe - I didn't have any bars of chocolate to hand though so shopped up half a box of celebrations...also threw in a handful of dried cranberries for an added twist..."

"wow - this curry was lovely. I made it as part of a valentines feast for my fiance. I used lamb on the bone and left it cooking for most of the day - it was happy just sitting on the cooker. The meat fell apart it was so tender and the flavours gorgeous. Will definetly be making it again. The sauce was thick and delicious."

"Just made this cake as I had a load of frozen blueberries left over from a different recipe. Worked really well but I replaced the soured cream with plain yoghurt. It worked fine - really moist and fresh taste. Will try with the raspberries next time too. The frozen berries work well too - just drained off the excess juice- much cheaper as a 350g box of blueberries is only £1 at the moment. "
