Blueberry soured cream cake with cheesecake frosting

"Easy to make and very tasty, everyone enjoyed it and I will make again. I found the texture to be a bit dense but I probably overcooked it, left it in the oven for recommended time but it was still wobbly in centre, kept checking every 5 mins until firm to touch but it probably kept cooking briefly with heat from tin. The blueberries all seems to drop to bottom of cake and I thought this was my fault somehow but looking at the picture on the top it's happened with the Good Food cake too. I will probably try adding lemon as suggested in previous feedback. All together a very nice cake."

"Easy and tasty. I used crunchy peanut butter for the texture. Went down a storm, will defo cook again and maybe add a little sweet chilli sauce. Oh, and I forgot to do the night before so put in the fridge about 4 hours before eating and were still great. Going to eat the second half tonight and see if they taste any different."

"Easy, tasty and I did it in the Microwave as I hadn't read the previous feedback and it was great, went down a treat and cooked in the same time as the rice. I've already passed the recipe on! Although, it still doesn't taste totally authentic, probably because its missing the nasty MSG"

"Simple to make and tasty, I always end up cooking for longer as guests are rarely on time and it didn't harm the dish at all. Everyone said how tasty it was but I felt it was lacking a little depth, not sure what to do though. I may add a little more Soy and 5 spice next time as mentioned by others."
