"I have made this today for my daughter's 9th birthday. I've never attempted a home-made birthday cake before and am so impressed with myself (and the cake!) it looks fab and I can't wait to bring it out in front of a crowd tomorrow on her birthday. It was as you said easy and the smell is delicious - can't wait to eat it!"
