"I bet they WOULD have been nice if I had bothered to check what 'double cream' exactly means. The highest fat content cream we get here in Estonia is 35% so that is what I used. Obviously didn't work..."

"Delicious! My BF had never had lentils before but he thought it was really nice. Got some sauce left, but it was great with potatoes even without chicken!"

"My new favorite! I was quite generous with the spices, especially cumin, which made it so nice and warming! Halved the amount of peas as suggested and worked out just great. It's really nice served with some minted couscous mixed with a bit of lemon juice and cashews."

"Really liked the couscous! Cashews, mint and lemon zest give it the real kick. Used dried mint, though, cause I find fresh too overpowering. I also agree with the others that it might need some more veggies...squash and pepper would work well, i think."
