"very nice. I only left it to marinade for 30mins and it took on the flavour really well. The 10min rest makes the pork nice and juicy. will make it again"

"As I felt it was a bit on the sweet side, I added lemon zest and made a dark chocolate cover for it using cocoa powder, icing sugar a bit of water and a bit of butter. I decorated it with the raspberries. It balanced it out great."
