"Forgot to say, one thing I would donext time is sieve the strawberry puree before adding to the cream cheese and cream, to remove any pips remaining."

"Didn't need gelatine to make it set, just beat it so the cream added the thickness needed. I used an 8" cake tin and could have used 3/4 of the mixture as was very generous topping. Quite sweet, but very nice, I used the lindt White chocolate with a hint of vanilla. "

"Very yummy and chocolatey, the children liked it too. Cooked my first attempt for 30 mins, but was a bot too crispy on the outside so will cook for 25 mins this time. Tell me though, should the sugar be completely dissolved or still a bit granular? "

"I trialed these, and then changed it slightly as too mustardy! reduced the mustard and added a bit of honey, then wrapped them up with all the other bits and put them in the fridge until they were needed. Everybody liked them and the honey added a touch of sweetness to counteract the saltiness of the Parma Ham and Dolcelette. "

"really good cheesecake, very light but still creamy. I enhanced the white chocolate flavour by drizzling over the top melted white cholcoate mixed with a little cream."
