"I tried this recipe with the additional, chilies & ed wine plus 2 tins of chopped tomatoes to keep it moist. I topped it off with breadcrumbs & Parmsan but the cheese scorched slightly under the grill ( need to pay more attention....) and smelt terrible so I scraped it off and it was immediately devoured by 2 hungry magpies on the bird table! So, next time, no cheese, other than that a delicious recipe."

"Thought I would try this recipe as I had courgette flowers in the garden.The flowers were crispy and tasted delicious although stuffing them with the ricotta was a bit fiddely - but well worth the trouble. I was surprised how good the little cougettes attached to the flowers were too. The tapenade (without capers )and ciabatta were a great accompaniment. I had done two each as a starter, and to honest we struggled to eat any main course! Definitely a 'once a year only' recipe though..... "

"Really tasty - I didn't have much Parmesan cheese so i mixed it with brown bread crumbs. The chicken still had that cheesy flavour and was brown & crispy too. Will definitely do this recipe again."
