    "Not actually tried the salmon burgers but the Thai Salmon Skewers were absolutely delicious. A great way of eating salmon, lovely and moist and the peppers & courgettes stayed in shape and were a perfect complement to the salmon. Highly recommend !"

    "First time I had cooked a goose too - very tasty and the Date & Red Wine Sauce recommended was an excellent accompaniment. The lemons & limes do give a slightly strange cooking smell but the roasted roots in goose fat smelt great and tasted delicious. "

    "An incredibly tasty sauce which went very well with the goose. It did however take ages to reduce and I was afraid of losing the sauce altogether as it wasn't thickening so I cheated with a little cornflour which did the trick. Not a big lover of dates but admit they were delicious in the sauce. ( Even had goose sandwiches with cold sauce on a few days later...v tasty too! )"

    "I tried this recipe with the additional, chilies & ed wine plus 2 tins of chopped tomatoes to keep it moist. I topped it off with breadcrumbs & Parmsan but the cheese scorched slightly under the grill ( need to pay more attention....) and smelt terrible so I scraped it off and it was immediately devoured by 2 hungry magpies on the bird table! So, next time, no cheese, other than that a delicious recipe."
